The Three Mirrors Framework
This training uses the Three Mirrors—sex, death, and wealth—as guiding themes to reflect and transform your relationship with yourself and the world. We are not just exploring these powerful topics as abstract concepts; it’s about falling in love with the person you see when you look into these mirrors. It’s about understanding that the things you fear or desire most are simply reflections of your deeper needs, your true essence, and your path to healing.
Sex
Explore the power within. Sexual energy is a sacred, creative, and transformative force, intimately tied to rhythms, cycles, and the birth of new life—both literally and figuratively. Harness sexual energy for healing and inner power, moving beyond societal shame or fear. This is about claiming the sacredness of sexual energy and learning to use it as a tool for connection, growth, and self-realization, rather than something to fear, suppress, or misuse.
Death
One of the first teachers of yoga and one of the main obstacles to liberation. Ancient traditions understood death as a profound guide to transformation. The Greeks would journey into the underworld to experience death; Tibetan sky burials and Balinese cremation ceremonies create dialogues with the dead. These practices honored death, grief, and impermanence as essential parts of life. But today, we have sterilized death and lost these models of reference. This mirror invites you to reconnect with the wisdom of grief, dying, and death—creating a personal, sacred relationship with life’s ultimate transition.
Wealth
A source of personal and collective empowerment. This mirror is about retaking control of abundance on all levels and reclaiming the right to live a life of joy. True wealth isn’t rooted in materialism but in the freedom to live without fear of scarcity. It’s waking up, looking out the window at the sunrise, and moving forward in the direction of your choice, unburdened by the fear of how to pay the bills. Wealth is about alignment, joy, and the ability to live a life of purpose.
Each module gently uncovers hidden truths, helping you integrate these teachings into your practice and daily life.
Meet the Faculties
Emily Kuser E-RYT 500
Emily's spiritual journey began in her late teens when yoga awakened profound shifts in her body, breath, and awareness. While balancing university, three jobs, and intense practice in Santa Barbara, she found inner clarity—leading her to Bali. Arriving just before the birth of the Yoga Barn and Bali Spirit Festival, she became part of Bali’s yoga community, teaching and managing festival programming, and later founded High Vibe Yoga, offering retreats and 200-hour trainings worldwide. Her curiosity about women’s physiology, psychology, and spirituality led to Women’s SelfCare and Women’s Circles. Over time, yoga revealed its power to explore taboo topics—sex, death, and wealth—sparking deep conversations and the creation of the 300-Hour Yoga of Sex, Death & Wealth training. The pandemic brought a personal renaissance and the sovereign birth of her daughter—an initiation into motherhood’s profound mysteries. Yoga Nidra became central to her teaching, offering healing for PTSD, insomnia, depression, and anxiety. Today, she shares these transformative practices at The Yoga Barn and globally.
